Questions about the Health Check
About eight minutes. There are twenty-four short statements across six dimensions, each rated from strongly disagree to strongly agree, plus a few questions about the business and what prompted you to look. Your progress is saved in your browser as you go, so an interruption does not cost you your answers.
Ashish, and nobody else. Answers are stored in a private database, analysed with an AI model to help him prepare a considered reply, and never sold or shared for marketing. You can ask for everything you submitted to be deleted at any time.
Each of the six dimensions has four statements rated one to five. Statements that describe a symptom are reverse-scored, and each dimension is converted to a score out of 100. The overall score is a weighted average in which decisions and ownership count slightly more, because they most often limit how far a business can scale. Scores fall into four bands: Improvised, Emerging, Defined and Managed.
You see your scored readout immediately, with two first moves for every dimension. Ashish reads every Health Check personally and replies within two business days. You also get a private client room where you can add more context and share documents securely, if you would like a conversation.
